It's a very good idea and a cleverly designed structure. Two minor details could have been better thought out during the design phase. It is a little difficult to find the markings where the lower tank fits onto the upper part containing the pump. Or just mark them clearly. The other is that the tank turns slightly stuck on the upper motorized part. Regardless, it works well and serves its purpose perfectly. Once you figure out how to attach the lower tank, it works brilliantly.

It was very difficult to remove the small earwax that was wet and hard to scoop out with a spoon, as well as skin debris, but this product worked well and was very effective in removing them. I recommend it.
